PLACING AN ORDER

Placing an order is simple and you can choose any of the methods listed below:

Online

You can shop confidently on our secure website. Simply place products into your virtual shopping bag using the "Add to basket" button. When you are finished shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button and you will be prompted to provide billing and shipping information. You may email your order anytime to: orders@aravore.com . To ensure your privacy, please do not send any credit card information via email. We will contact you for this information.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Maestro & American Express cards for both online and phone orders. All payments are handled securely by World Pay (RBS).

PACKAGING & GIFT BOXING

All Aravore products arrive gift-boxed in our signature recycled boxes. There is no extra charge for this service. A hand-written note or card can be added if requested (for online orders, there is an option to add on a message during the checkout process).

DELIVERY

All orders are processed on the day they are received, subject to payment clearance and stock availability.* Please allow for up to 5 working days for delivery to your address from the day you have placed your order.

We have a standard delivery charge of £4.95 for the UK, £10.00 for any other EU country, £12.00 for deliveries to non-EU countries in Europe and £15.00 to the rest of the world. We send all parcels with a premium sing-for delivery service and the charge includes insurance for the goods sent. Please note that your signature will be required for all deliveries. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange an alternative delivery method.

*Orders placed after 5:00 PM, will be processed the following day.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a full refund or free exchange for unworn, unwashed items returned within 10 working days of purchase. We can not guarantee an exchange or refund for any items sent to us over this 10 day period. We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

Aravore is committed to protecting your privacy. We have taken all the essential measures to make sure that any information you give us, including credit card details, remains private and secure and that your payment and registration information is processed with total confidentiality and in accordance with UK data protection laws.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information like social security numbers on this site.
